After getting the Cellulitis, I started to notice that I should lose some weight to decrease the pressure I gave to my legs. I planed to lose at least ten kilograms before graduation trip; it seems it’s really difficult to reach to goal.
The methods I want to use are eating less in dinner, exercising more, and stop drinking and eating junk foods! I hope I will never give up during the process, cheer for me!
