“Lose weight – to be more confident and healthy.”

  After getting the Cellulitis, I started to notice that I should lose some weight to decrease the pressure I gave to my legs. I planed to lose at least ten kilograms before graduation trip; it seems it’s really difficult to reach to goal. 

  The methods I want to use are eating less in dinner, exercising more, and stop drinking and eating junk foods! I hope I will never give up during the process, cheer for me!

    I’ve been gaining weight gradually, but it doesn’t really show because I used to appear slim. However, I feel it anyway. I also hope to exercise regularly. Just recently, a new way of recreation grows on me: cycling. On the weekend, I go bicycle riding with my brother’s family. Guess how long the journey is? 25 kilometers (from 古亭 to 關渡)! We enjoy the scenery and have great fun. I’m happy that I start to have a regular outdoor activity.
